| Time Delay and Integration (TDI) Sensor
The CCD 8091 is a 9216 pixel by 128 line, high-speed TDI sensor.
This array is set up for bi-directional operation. With six outputs
running at 20MHz per output, the CCD 8091 can provide a total data
rate of 120MHz with line rates up to 12K. Utilizing Fairchild Imaging’s
proprietary buried channel/surface channel process, the CCD 8091
achieves consistent, superior TDI performance.
The CCD 8091 is housed in a custom 176 pin ceramic PGA package which
includes an AR-coated window.
